Thank you for shopping with Stone & Stems Gifts.

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. At checkout, customers are able to select their preferred shipping carrier and delivery speed based on available options.

A majority of our mixed stone products are poured to order, so sometimes that process can take 48 hours, from the time of pour to set. Packaging and shipping. 

Shipping Carriers

We currently offer shipping through the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Available shipping methods and delivery speeds will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If an item requires extended handling, this will be stated within the product description.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows are provided by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your package’s delivery progress.

Delays

Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Stone & Stems Gifts is not responsible for delays once the package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
